Returns, Exchange and Refunds

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Fiji Rugby Online Shop. For more information about returns, refunds, and exchanges, click the links below. 

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You can view order summary page in your account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please eshopper@tappoo.com.fj for further assistance.

The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

  • Items that meet our
  • returns guideline will receive a full refund. 

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines/conditions do not receive refunds: 

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 100% of item's price but customer to bear the all shipping cost. 

Check our shipping policy for the shipping rates based on the weight and the destination.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit your account page and use ………. facilities to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online …………. options. (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting your account and accessing the relevant order summary.
